Seafood Paella
When I crave for Paella, I go for the quick version here at Marche in Vivocity. I am no chef, so why should I try and cook my own? Now thanks to one of my oldest friends Aileen, she blogged about cooking Paella. One day I just may try this Spanish dish! Check it out in her blog right here.

Funny that you mention paella because while I'm sure I could manage my own, I much prefer someone else cooking it. I found a cool little village restaurant where the italian chef cooked for years in Spain, then wanting to return to Italy, decided to open his own eatery with both italian dishes and paella. I can't wait to check this place out.
