I've been a delinquent blogger lately, so I thought I'd post a picture of our Sunday's family lunch. Maya, my sister, Pat and I went for a Japanese lunch at Bongout in Robertson's Quay, then walked over to eM by the River for dessert.
I'm planning to get an IMac...24 inch screen. I've been patiently waiting for a good refurbished model with a 500G Hard drive to go for cheap online. But, I might just have to buy it new. I went to the free Apple class where they went over the ILife features and that sold me. I have the IBook but it's running slow since I switched out the hard drive...since I crashed it trying to edit too many photos at one time. Eeeek! ;) Stacy
Stacy! Refurbished Macs aren't bad! They're much cheaper but still under Apple Warranty! As long as you buy it from Apple! I'm very happy with my Black MacBook! I'm such a loyal Mac person. I've been using it since I was 13! Yup! All the way back with the very first 128k! LOL!
I love summer. The smell of coconut oil on skin, the taste of chilled Mango shake on your sun-kissed lips, the sound of the waves gently crashing on the shore. Everything about the season just makes me smile. I always looked forward to every beach trip come summertime, and each time I would have a special swimsuit to celebrate the season. My love for the season, and my love for the beach lead me to design my own swimwear which I will simply call Verão- meaning summer in Portuguese. Inspired by warmth and beauty of Hawaii, and the sensuality of Brazil, Verão is my personal celebration of the endless summer. Click verao.etsy.com for delicious summer crochet bikinis!
I love anything Hawaii and Brazil, beaches, iced coffee, browsing in book stores, dating my husband, dating myself. I love the whole process of creating. Years ago I had a line of candles, now a line of bikinis.
